Registered Guests Only Occupancy is limited to the number of guests listed on the reservation. No unregistered visitors, parties, or events. 5. Parking Use only designated Bluff Villas parking spaces. Do not block neighbors’ access, drive on grass, or park in unauthorized areas. 6. Trash & Recycling Place all trash in the outside bins. Recycling should follow posted community guidelines. 7. Safety & Security Lock doors and windows when leaving the villa. Do not tamper with smoke detectors, Wi-Fi lock, or other safety devices. 8. Respect Property Please treat the villa as you would your own home. Guests are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear. 9. Community Amenities Follow all posted rules at pools, beaches, and community areas. Children must be supervised.

It was much better than pictures and exceeded our expectations the furniture and beds were super comfortable and the patio was very private and a beautiful view of landscaping and so peaceful! Could walk everywhere We’ll definitely be back!

Our stay at Kyle's condo was wonderful! The home was clean and Kyle was great to work with - responsive, friendly, and made everything easy from start to finish. The kitchen and bathrooms were well appointed, and the space was tastefully decorated. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like beach chairs and towels. The location was perfect - we could walk to everything including the beach, yet the private patio gave us a relaxing space with plenty of room for our whole family to enjoy together. 10/10 would absolutely recommend and stay again!

We were there for a Women’s collegiate golf tournament and loved the location to the golf course and many other activities on Hilton Head. Would love to stay here again if we return to Hilton Head.

1650 Bluff Villas at the Sea Pines Villa was quiet, peaceful and yet has easy access to all of Hilton Head. Kyle is a great host. Responsive to our needs and provided an outstanding place to stay. Would highly recommend renting this unit.
